Thank you for choosing Buzz Sips. Please review our shipping and delivery policy carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of our hemp-derived THC beverages, there are important restrictions and requirements that apply to all shipments.
States We Do Not Ship To
We are currently unable to ship to the following states due to local regulations governing hemp-derived THC products:
Colorado (CO) · Connecticut (CT) · Idaho (ID) · Iowa (IA) · Missouri (MO) · Oregon (OR) · Virginia (VA) · Washington (WA)
If your shipping address falls within one of these states, your order will not be processed and you will be notified. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the receipt of hemp-derived THC products is lawful in their delivery location before placing an order.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, transit time will vary depending on the carrier's schedule and the distance from our warehouse to your delivery address. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us at support@buzzsips.com before your order is fulfilled to inquire about expedited shipping options and applicable fees. We are unable to upgrade shipping speed once an order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.
Signature Requirement
A signature is required at the time of delivery for all Buzz Sips orders. This is mandatory for compliance purposes and to ensure our products are received by an adult.

The carrier will make up to 3 delivery attempts before marking the package as undeliverable.

Please ensure someone 21 years of age or older is available to sign for your package.

If you know you will be unavailable, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to schedule a preferred delivery time or redirect your package to a pickup location.
⚠️ We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or any other locations where an adult signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address when placing your order.
Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after 3 attempts due to the recipient being unavailable to sign, the package will be marked undeliverable and returned to our warehouse.
If this happens, please contact us at support@buzzsips.com and we will offer you the following options:
Option 1 — Reship the Order
We will reship your order once we receive the returned package. Please note:

You will be responsible for the return shipping fee incurred by the carrier.

A new shipping fee will apply if your order no longer qualifies for free shipping (e.g., the order total falls below the free shipping threshold after any applicable deductions).
Option 2 — Refund the Order
If you prefer a refund instead, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:
