Thank you for shopping with Buzz Sips. Because our products are hemp-derived THC beverages, our policy is shaped by applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation at any time by contacting us at support@buzzsips.com.
Upon approval of your cancellation:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 2.9% payment processing fee retained by our payment processor (Shopify Payments). This fee is non-negotiable and is not collected by Buzz Sips.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is fulfilled and shipped. Once your order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled — please see the "Refused Deliveries" section below.
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and compliance with applicable local and state laws governing hemp-derived THC beverages, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. All sales are final upon delivery.
We strongly encourage customers to review their order details carefully and verify that hemp-derived THC products are legal in their jurisdiction before placing an order.
Product Issues & Damaged Orders
Your satisfaction and safety matter to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise not as described, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date at:

We will review your claim and work with you to make it right. Resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or a partial/full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Refused Deliveries
If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, you may refuse the package at the time of delivery and have it returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, a refund will be issued under the following conditions:

The 2.9% payment processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.
Refunds for refused deliveries will be processed once the package has been received and inspected at our facility.
